If true, this completely explains why Lloyd sent out the 3 page rant to Kim 5 days later on 4 Sept about getting new lawyers if needed, appealing, or going to Australia to file, etc. This would be huge because it means that Lloyd has been lying this entire time about how his lawyers were hard at work on the case and creating the illusion that people were under criminal prosecution when they were not. He fundraised off this very point in the "Things are Bad" video, assuring his viewers that justice would be served.

He knew something was already decided, but lied about the chances for success. My guess is the court refused to serve the listed defendants on 29 August 2022, but the case was still open and Lloyd was still filing motions for reconsideration with new evidence.

What happened last Friday might have been the court administratively closing the case.

By the way I made a reddit post in r/askcroatia here getting some responses and I've tried to be a bit vague about it being Lloyd but you can see from there normal people are questioning Lloyd's legal stratagy.

I see there is a way to get credentials either as a Croatian citizen or even a foreign resident. ePosta (Croatian Postal Service) eCitizens ePass, University IDs, several different bank logins, etc. Once you get the credentials to log in, you can access the documents.

The case is K-252/2022 and was filed in Sisak Municipal Court 29 April 2022

Even in the case of a strike, they still should be able to access that and get the document. It's all digital and it already has been filed.

The pic of him with the folded arms in a dimly lit room near a window makes him look like a self help guru. All it needs is a Buddha statue, incense, beads and some yoga mats.

Or a self described crypto specialist who promises huge returns if you just start investing today without haste.

Looks like a rebranding attempt fueled by his dismay at his lawsuit being thrown out. “I’m going to ignore the haters and focus on the positive” as if he didn’t just try to financially ruin 7 people.

He comes out of this looking incredibly weak and vulnerable though.

can you spot the difference ?

Darkening under the chin even though his beard growth is minimal. He placed the light to the right so the shadow would cover most of it and he coloured in the rest. He also had him tilt his head slightly to the right and towards the light so most of the double chin is in shadow. Place the light directly in front of him and it highlights the double chin.

This wasn’t done by a “professional”. He credited @zackandsky on Instagram. They look like an expat couple in Zagreb who take amateur photos.

Lloyd doesn’t pay for photos. His last ones for his book were credited to Dijana. Zack is also a musician so he probably met him through one of Lloyd’s open mic nights.

PS - He wasn’t kidding about noticing new wrinkles since the meltdown last year. He has some crow’s feet on both sides and is developing bags under his eyes. He mentioned he was going grey too, so that might explain the dye job.

Knowing it was unwinnable to begin with there is zero reason to waste money and go at it again

This man is one daft and stubborn individual, always believing he has the higher intellect and better plan. I wont post screenshots here because they are so long, but read his replies still up on two of Kim's litigation update videos. Here's a summary of Lloyd's legal analysis:

He doesn't owe Kim or any other defendant any summary of what he is accusing them in court. So Lloyd is immune from discovery requests in court essentially.

A couple comments later he opines that Kim and others *might* get a list of his accusations in court, but thinks his lawyers will narrow it down to only the most egregious instances of defamation and forward to her.

Claims in his livestream he "repeatedly contradicted Kim's version of events"

Repeatedly taunts people with comments like "you are welcome to try out your legal theories in court" and "you will need a lawyer badly if you think this way"

Denies that he has the burden of proof in any case. Rather the defendants need to prove to the court that they are innocent.

Claims Croatia can prosecute foreigners regardless of where the crime occurred.

This isn't a man who can be reasoned with. He feels so entitled to what he feels is his justice. He fully expected a guilty verdict and has stated just so several times over the past year. Reality has a way of slapping someone in the face who refuses to listen to any contrary opinions, and this slap was especially brutal because his critics and enemies were dead on about him and his chances of success. The purpose of this lawsuit was not to gain monetary awards, but to discredit and embarrass his critics and scaring people into never crossing him again. Instead he embarrassed himself, and spent a lot of donation money on a fruitless & ill-advised lawsuit. After reading the Reddit thread, his supporters amount to just a handful of people who even acknowledge that the litigation was a huge mistake.The comments against him are by far the prevailing ones and they are brutal in their assessment of him, his ego, and supposed intelligence.

The topic of Lloyd having his lawsuit dismissed is all over SM. I don't see him keeping quiet about it if he can prove it's not over yet by producing a contrary document. I am determined to get the documents on this so we can answer this question definitively and find out the reasons why it failed.

This is precisely my point and the reason we need to get the full document on this. He pulls this “I’m suing you! You are a criminal defendant” bullshit again in an effort to bully people into submission, we are going to have the receipts to wave in front of both him and his brain dead followers.

Consider it “paying it forward”. This bullshit ends right now. No one should fear this clown or take his threats seriously ever again.

LMSA ,do you remember the date when you posted ,on page 1039 , the decision of the court documents?

It was in response to a question posed by journeyman as to how the case was going. I immediately checked and found the decision on the 14th and posted what I found. This was all yesterday.

It is quite possible that he hadn’t gotten the letter yet as it would have been mailed to him. They don’t enter the decision and he gets a letter the same day.

I see what you are getting at though. Perhaps he was even more disillusioned because he found out through us?

And the most conclusive evidence that the update must be a decision to strike down the action, rather than just a pause, is Lloyd's own moody reactions. Why would he be in such a whining state if it were just a pause?

Or his doctor just confirmed to him that he does indeed have the clap.

Who knows?

It would appear that the case was dismissed on 14 July. I would like to know if you or your assistant could be of any service to me and procure a copy of the 14 July ruling, and possibly other documents filed with the court by Mr Evans and his legal representatives.
Please respond to me whether this is possible, and what your fee would be for procuring such documents. I am not seeking to pursue legal action, but rather get documentation from the court that Mr Evans has thus far refused to provide when he labels people "criminal defendants" in his online threats.

possibly, they've accelerated that decision because of a backlog from the strikes and so they are clearing vexatious claims with little merit like this one, to focus on genuine cases.

This is likely what happened. In his “Things are Bad” video, he prepared the audience for what he described as years in order for justice to be served, which he fully expected would be in his favour. Due to the strike, they are probably getting rid of the bullshit cases since there will be a huge backlog of cases that are piling up in Sisak like auto thieves, chicken thieves, drunken fights, domestic assaults, drug charges, just about everything you’d expect to find in a smaller town. A court administrator looks at this, the 7 people in 4 different countries that need to be summoned, and brings it to a judge for a quick dismissal. It was going to happen anyway. Now would be an opportune time to get it off the books.

“Odluka/dopis suda”means Decision/Letter of the Court. The argument could be made that this is a general category to include both decisions and letters of the court, but that would be very misleading because not all letters of the court are decisions. For example, if the court were summoning the defendants, it would likely say something like “summons/letter of the court”. That format indicates the former describes what exactly it is and the latter indicates a letter is forthcoming.

For a case that has been stagnating for well over a year with absolutely no input from the court (all submissions are from Lloyd, Karlo Novosel and whoever UPS is), it would be odd to send out a letter now stating that the case is delayed. It already was.

Lloyd being Lloyd and given what many have said to him about the case being thrown out on Twitter, social media, and there’s even a thread on exJW Reddit, he’d be quick on the button to reply. Instead he’s making cryptic and negative posts for two days now. He wouldn’t even have to post the letter. He could just say the case is still pending and we were all wrong.
